The O2E Brands model stands for ordinary “2”exceptional, taking ordinary home services and turning them into exceptional. With brands like 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, You Move Me, and Shack Shine, the annual conference brings together 700 attendees from across the globe.

FMAV worked vigorously to ensure the goal of ensuring O2E’s award winning culture, and brand values were incorporated throughout the keynote, Gala, and concurrent sessions of the event, while providing an environment to motivate, connect, network, and learn.

FMAV was involved in many consultative meetings with the client to outline and ensure that technology applications were accurately reflective of O2E’s brand and culture. O2E’s values of passion, integrity, professionalism, and empathy (PIPE) is adapted in developing leaders and promoting growth. FMAV worked vigorously to ensure the award winning culture was presented all throughout the event and communicated the value and atmosphere of the brand, all while ensuring each sub-brand had equal attention.

The O2E Brands conference hosts various keynote speakers to motivate and present concepts of leadership, self-motivation, and social and corporate responsibility. In addition, to supporting connections, networking and sharing of best practices. To accommodate all these segments, the event uses 1 main session keynote room and 7 concurrent breakout session spaces.

To infuse the O2E culture through the environment and attendee engagement, FMAV set up the keynote room with a 3:1 ratio ultra-wide screen, accompanied by 2 flanking screens for presentation content Image magnification (IMAG). FMAV provided and filmed the event using multiple cameras, including robotic cameras to capture and record all presentations for future use, and replay.

In FMAV fourth year providing Audio Visual technology to this event and its organization, we have continued to evolve the event experience for attendees, and have successfully aligned with the company’s culture and brand through strategic and intentional technology design.
