Our relationship with our audio visual company was particularly strong and we collaborated on many fronts from sharing the cost of a photographer to solving sponsor deliverables. For example, to fulfill our vision of a roving band, our AV Company designed and built a prewired rolling stage we called ‘The Bandwagon’. This enabled a three-piece band to simply plug and play where needed in 5 different locations creating a festive atmosphere over the entire two days with minimal cost or effort. 2018 was an excellent year that saw us exceed our financial profit goals and attendance targets.
